SUB Help

The members in our SLED team noticed that in the morning subs were often confused about which classroom to go to, how to log in to the Smartboard, how to access the announcements, and more. So, our team came together and started to brainstorm ideas of what we could do to help. While brainstorming, we realized that we can also include distributing the booth bucks into Subhelp. We designed a bin that we kept at the front office. It included the green folder with our PBIS matricies, the Booth bucks, the alternate schedule, and a map. We ask the subs to sign a log that they received the help. We track how many bucks they give out so the PBIS committee would have data for this initiative.
